The company ANTIK Telecom, sro Košice provides applicants with a "Statement on the project documentation or the existence of underground telecommunications networks" based on a request for a statement , which must contain:

• identification data of the applicant and investor,
• the subject of the application, stating the name of the building, location and plot number,
• a shortened PD (situation) with a delineation of the area of ​​interest,
• method of payment for the statement.

The designation is possible only based on a statement from ANTIK Telecom and an order , which must contain:

• identification and billing data of the applicant and investor
• situation with a delineation of the area of ​​interest
  

• number of the statement issued by us for the given area of ​​interest or building

  
  
  

All actions related to the company's engineering activities are charged according to the internal price list of ANTIK Telecom, sro.

You can send requests for comments and orders for marking out by post, email, or personally deliver them to the company's headquarters at Čárskeho 10 in Košice. Fees for processing comments or marking out can be paid in cash at the customer center, by cash on delivery or by bank transfer in the following ways:

1. by cash payment at ANTIK Telecom customer locations,
2. by payment to the courier upon receipt of the cash on delivery,
3. based on a year-round order - by bank transfer to the account - IBAN/SWIFT - SK35 7500 0000 0009 1304 7903 / CEKOSKBX held at ČSOB. Please indicate the VS, which is the number of the issued invoice.

Method of delivery and payment for the statement

The price and method of payment for providing a statement on the project documentation (existence of telecommunications equipment) is determined by the method of delivery - receipt of the statement. When personally receiving the statement, the customer shall present proof of payment to an employee of ANTIK Telecom.

Registered mail

The price consists of the price for the expression in accordance with the above price list and the price for cash on delivery of €4.50. Prices are excluding VAT. The price is paid upon receipt of the cash on delivery by the customer. The cash on delivery includes an invoice, which serves as proof of payment.

Personally

Statement issued to the applicant at the company's customer service center. The price for a standard statement is €20.50 including VAT and an urgent statement is €30.75 including VAT. The price for a statement for a larger construction project is €36.90 including VAT and an urgent statement within 3 working days is €55.35 including VAT.

Method of payment for the issued invoice:

• by cash payment at the customer location
• transfer order

(For each statement, an invoice is issued based on the submitted order or request, which includes the company ID, VAT ID and account number).
