Offer a safe home with a touch of innovation
Thanks to smart home security sensors, residents will be warned in advance of dangers such as fire, gas leaks or burst pipes, allowing them to quickly intervene and take necessary measures.
Device types
Automated hazard prevention
Using intelligent automation, we are able to create a system that responds immediately if a sensor detects values exceeding safe limits.
Upon such a detection, the system can automatically activate specific countermeasures:
- closing the water supply
- gas disconnection
- notification of the responsible person
- opening windows for ventilation
- triggering an alarm
- starting the fire protection system
- activation of security cameras and recording
Security supervision via app
Thanks to the smart app, you have convenient control over your home security.
The features and benefits of smart sensors include:
- Compatibility with other smart devices
- Integration with home automation
- Fast and accurate detection
- Push notifications
- Remote monitoring
- Self-test
- Historical data
Smart gas leak detection system
Automatic gas valve closure: Thanks to this technology, we can quickly detect a gas leak and, in such a case, immediately close the main valve using a smart motor. This additional module to the valve not only identifies the problem, but also actively intervenes.
Location : Place the sensor 1.5-3m from the gas source (kitchen stoves, gas boilers or water heaters).
Installation : The gas sensor requires a permanent electrical connection; it is important to consider the electrical connection when developing project documents.
*The cost of such an installation is in the tens of euros for projects. However, in many cases, they can save lives.
Smart smoke detection system
Automatic alarm triggering: Thanks to this technology, we can quickly detect a smoke leak and, in such a case, immediately trigger an alarm siren in one apartment unit or in the entire building.
Rapid detection: The system can recognize smoke components and alert a person that something is burning on their stove or that a fire has broken out.
Location : Position the sensor at least 15cm from the corner of the room, ideally in the middle of the ceiling. For attic rooms, the ideal location is 90cm below the highest point in the room.
Installation : The smoke sensor, powered by a CR123A battery with a lifespan of approximately 2 years, can be mounted with screws. Its installation therefore does not require special wiring.
*It is important to distinguish between a smoke sensor and a gas sensor. While a gas sensor requires an electrical power supply, a smoke sensor works wirelessly.
Smart water leak detection system
Intelligent water leak detection monitors potential leaks in areas such as the washing machine, sink, bathtub or boiler. The device can provide early warning of hidden problems such as leaks, odors or mold.
Automatic water valve closing: Water leak detection and automatic closing of the main valve using a smart motor.
Location : The sensor can be placed on the floor. Alternatively, it can be installed upside down near windows, patios or under pipes.
Installation : The flood sensor is powered by a CR123A battery with a lifespan of approximately 2 years. Its installation does not require special wiring.
Smart CO2 monitoring system
A CO2 sensor can accurately determine the air quality in a specific room, providing information about the concentration of carbon dioxide. It is a reliable and effective detection method at a friendly price.
Automatic opening of windows for ventilation: At higher CO2 concentrations, the smart motor is automatically activated to open the window to ensure oxygen supply.
Location : CO2 monitors should be placed in living areas, offices, conference rooms, or any other places where people frequently hang out.
Installation : The CO2 sensor, powered by a CR123A battery, can be placed anywhere on the furniture; its battery lasts approximately 2 years and installation requires no cables.
What to look out for when planning sensor integration within a project?
In the initial stages of the project, pay attention to:
❗Since the gas sensor requires a constant connection to electricity, it is necessary to make preparations for an electrical connection near it.
❗It is important to distinguish between a smoke sensor and a gas sensor. While a gas sensor requires electrical power, a smoke sensor works wirelessly.
This way, you can minimize the need for future building modifications and ensure that smart switch modules are seamlessly integrated into the building design.
